We got out of the room really late one day. I requested for room to be made up but if it was too late, would they please leave fresh towels, TP, water and kleenex. Everything was in the room when we returned. Shuttle service every hour to the waterfront close to Mallory Square. We are several meals at the facility. We weren't offered more soda or coffee.

One young man assisted me on my phone for confirmation on a boat trip (unfortunately it cancelled due to the weather a couple of days before our stay). The food for breakfast delicious. My husband has been to Key West 30 yrs ago, my 1st time.... Oh and John, the driver to take us to old town - he was great full of information!!!
